Make sure the following requirements for payments are fulfilled:
You must provide your tax number, value-added tax (VAT) number and VAT registration status. You can enter this when logged in by clicking "My Publications" followed by "Payments" in the left-hand navigation bar.
You must provide a PayPal e-mail address. You can enter this when logged in by clicking "My Publications" followed by "Payments" in the left-hand navigation bar. We're working on adding more payment methods.
The payment period must be complete. For example, payments received in April will be transferred at the end of May. You should have your April payments by early June.
If all the above requirements have been fulfilled and you still haven't received any money, then please get in touch at support@steadyHQ.com.
